requirements: No experience is required. However, knowing how to e-wrap and make an i-cord is helpful. You will be threading seed beads onto a thin wire, so the ability to do this is also helpful.
description: This class will be taught over the telephone. It will teach you how to make a necklace knitting with fine wire and small beads on a Wonder knitter or other spool loom. Get ready for Valentine's Day!
supplies needed:
1. Spool loom.
2. Wire cutters.
3. Pliers.
4. At least 100 seed beads size 6, or either 2mm or 4mm regular beads.
5. Glass beads look nicest, but plastic are okay.
6. One small spool of 26 or 28 gauge artistic wire at least 18 feet long.
7. Lobster clasp or other type of closure. (I used a magnetic clasp.)
additional comments: This is a repeat of a class previously titled fine wire necklace. this is a very unique and pretty piece of jewelry. Use one or two colors for your beads and/or one or two different sizes of beads if desired. the beads must be small as shown in the supplies list.
